Our Service Terms

At JegySoft, we believe in transparent, flexible business relationships that put our clients first. Our service terms are designed to minimize risk for sports clubs while ensuring you receive the highest quality platform and support services.

No Signed Contracts Required

No Long-Term Commitments

We do not require long term legal contracts, or any fixed written commitments from our Users.

Service Level Guarantees Available

When requested we will provide Users a Service Level Guarantee and fix Fees for a specific timeframe.

Rolling Monthly Basis

All services are provided on a rolling monthly basis with complete flexibility.

No Advance Fees or Up-Front Deposits Required

Payment Only After Platform Approval

Our first invoice for payment is sent only after the Platform has officially been tested and "Approved" by User ready to go Live.

100% Total Substantiation: By payment time, you will have viewed, tested & experienced 100% total substantiation of the Platform's capability

Demonstrated Capabilities: All features will be exactly as presented in demonstrations and committed to in our Proposal

Zero Financial Risk: No upfront investment required - pay only when you're completely satisfied

Software Fees

Important: Fees are only invoiced once Platform is Live and approved by you.

One-time Initial Build & Set-up Fee

Year 1 Only • Invoiced only after Platform is Approved Live

This One-time Set up Fee covers our Programmer time required to modify the Platform to meet any unique requirements of your online setup.

Cost Savings Built-In

As we already work with so many other Clubs in the same space, upwards of 90-95% of the online Platform is ready to go for your set-up (which you don't pay for). We only charge for the custom modifications needed for your specific requirements.

Since no 2 Clubs operate 100% identically the same, we will allocate Programmers to modify the Platform to meet your exact needs.

Flexible Payment: Amortization of this Initial One-time Setup Fee can be discussed.

Future Software Change Fees

Initial 90-120 Day Period

We try to accommodate software refinements as part of the original Proposal to ensure your Platform is running optimally and is streamlined for your operations.

Bug Fixes Always Free

Any software bugs or deficiencies discovered at any time will be quickly fixed (naturally at our expense).

Goodwill Policy for Minor Changes

We understand that you do not want to be assessed Programmer fees for each & every single minor change request, so we strive to maintain goodwill by changing the little things as much as possible without charge.

Major Changes - Transparent Pricing

For broader changes to the Platform that require our Programmers to swing into action, we provide:

  • Quick Response: Timely implementation of requested changes
  • Cost-Effective: Our software can be quickly (meaning inexpensively) modified
  • Transparent Estimates: Emailed estimate in advance of any potential billable Programmer fees

Cancellation Policy

Simple 30-Day Notice

Service Cancellation can occur on 30 days prior written notice.

No Exit Fees or Penalties

For cancellation of monthly services no exit Fees or Penalties are assessed.

Refund Policy

Important Refund Information

In the event of a Cancellation of Service, refunds are not issued for any previous software service, or Programmer fees paid.

Why This Policy Makes Sense

Since we only invoice after your platform is live and approved, and you pay only for services already delivered and used, this policy ensures fairness for both parties. You receive full value before any payment is made.
